With this vision in mind, 10 Experiences was born on April 25th, 2018, created by Lic. Lorena Sanromán and Executive Chef Alejandro Torres inside their own home in Cozumel.
What began as a dream evolved into an exclusive private dining experience where gastronomy, culture, and storytelling come together in a unique multisensory journey unlike any other in Mexico.
In this sense, celebrating International Women’s Day through gastronomy means recognizing that Mexican cuisine does not exist outside its historical and social context. Behind every recipe, every technique, and every ingredient are stories of women who fought to preserve traditional methods, who shared knowledge within family and community spaces, and who actively contributed to keeping Mexican culinary traditions alive in the 21st century.
Each evening takes guests on a journey through different regions of Mexico with a carefully curated 10-course tasting menu, paired with optional alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages, music, lighting, and immersive audiovisual effects designed to awaken every sense.
Throughout the experience, a certified guide leads the journey by sharing stories, traditions, and cultural insights from each region, allowing every dish to come alive and helping guests connect more deeply with the true essence of Mexico.
